First of all we should know about source of nutrition and its elements. We also study about effect of deficiency of these element on human health and also related diseases. So we are providing 10th RBSE Science Ch-1 Extra and Important Questions (विज्ञान पाठ -1 - भोजन एवं मानव स्वास्थ्य)
1. मानव शरीर को भोजन की आवश्यकता क्यों होती है ?
2. "मानव स्वास्थ्य के लिए सन्तुलित भोजन अतिआवश्यक है " इस कथन में सन्तुलित भोजन से क्या तात्पर्य है ?
3. विटामिन कुपोषण को विस्तार से समझाइये |
4. प्रोटीन कुपोषण से होने वाले रोगो के नाम , लक्षण व इसे दूर करने के उपाए बताइये |
5. "मानव शरीर के लिए खनिज की कम मात्रा परन्तु अतिआवश्यक है|" इस कथन को उदारहण देकर स्पष्ट कीजिये |
6. निम्न खनिजों के प्रमुख स्रोत व इनके प्रमुख कार्य लिखिए ....
(a). सोडियम
(b). आयोडीन
(c). लोह तत्त्व
(d). कैल्शियम
7. मानव शरीर में जल के प्रमुख कार्य लिखिए |
8. पिने योग्य जल के क्या-क्या गुण होने चाहिए | कोई 3 गुण लिखिए |
9. दूषित जल पिने से होने वाले रोगो के नाम लिखिए व बचाव के तरीके भी बताइये |
10. नारू रोग के रोगजनक का नाम लिखिए |
11. मोटापे को परिभाषित करते हुए इसके कारण व दुष्परिणाम लिखिए |
12. रक्तचाप को परिभाषित करते हुए इसे मापने की इकाइयाँ व यंत्र का नाम लिखिए |
13. उच्च रक्तचाप होने के कारण व बचने के उपाय लिखिए |
14. गुटखा खाने से जबड़ा ठीक से खुल नहीं पाता | ऐसा किस रोग की वजह से होता है ?
15. तम्बाकू के पादप का वैज्ञानिक नाम लिखते हुए इससे होने वाली हानियाँ बताइये |
16. मदिरा का रासायनिक नाम व सूत्र लिखिए | मानव स्वास्थ्य पर मदिरा से होने वाले कुप्रभाव लिखिए |
17. अफीम के पादप का वैज्ञानिक नाम क्या है ? गाँवो में अफीम किस प्रकार उपयोग की जाती है ?
18. दवाओं के दुरूपयोग पर 100 शब्दों में लेख लिखिए |
19. खाद्य पदार्थो में मिलावट को उदारण सहित समझाइये और इसके दुष्परिणाम लिखिए |
20. कोल्डड्रिंक में मिलावट का वर्णन कीजिये |
21. मिलावट को रोकने के लिए भारत में कब और कोनसा कानून लाया गया | क्या ये कानून मिलावट को रोकने में सफल हो पाया ?
